When NATO leaves Afghanistan

Afghanistan is a weak country by militarily, economically and politically. It needs the agreement with NATO. It is has to make a very pragmatic choice accept t the American aids here to face a very uncertain future with no country willing to help it.

United States wants to sign the pact soon as possible but President Karzai want s to wait it out fill till the next presidential elections to be held in coming year 2014 in Afghanistan.

Afghani President will sign the agreement for sure, and will play a political game to present him as a man protecting national sovereignty but that will be over soon.

After the Taliban was dislodged from Kabul in 2001, NATO’ international Security Assistance force was mandated by the UN Security Council to assist the Afghan government fighting insurgency and support the growth of Afghan security forces.
The US is the strongest country in the globe so therefore A partnership with United States would prevent it neighbors from interfering. It government has to make it understand that the bases are not a danger for it.

According to the NATO, there are 85000 international troops present in Afghanistan till now most of them US comes into place and foreign soldiers could stay till 2014.

The agreement will be detrimental for this country because of its neighbors will be extremely vexed and will try to expel the Americans from the region by arming insurgents for its sovereignty and prosperity. Some point out that the presence of international soldiers have not stopped neighbors from interfering in Afghanistan internal and external affairs.

So it is stated that the American military bases are unacceptable for its neighbors and to insurgents who could even launch  another Jehad against foreign troops. So it is also mentioned that this country must strengthen its own army with more weapons and instruments having training to fight against foreign military for her defence and prosperity.
